Nita Deshpande
Senior Systems Software Engineer
Nita Deshpande has been working as a Senior Systems Software Engineer for the CTSA Informatics team since October 2017. In the CTSA, she is involved in the I2B2, ACT/SHRINE and All Of Us projects. Her responsibilities include:
- Maintain and enhance the ETL process that loads Emory Health Records into the I2B2 database
- Interface with Emory All Of Us participant recruitment team and the University of Florida Data Center to curate and transmit participant data in OMOP format
- Facilitate the collaborations with the clinical research groups and enable data access
- Map CTSA informatics team efforts and ensure conformance to grant aims and goals

Dileep Gunda
Systems Software Engineer
Dileep Gunda has been working as Systems Software Engineer for the CTSA informatics team since Feb 2018. He has divided the monolithic Eureka project into microservices. He is currently worling on implementing authorization across all the microservices. His responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of the protempa services and eureka services
- Implementation of new methods across the project
- Developing new functional modules and enhancing the existing implementations

Venkatesh Javvaji
Systems Software Engineer
Venkatesh Javvaji is currently working as a Systems Software Engineer for the CTSA Informatics team since March 2019. He is currently involved in I2B2 and Eureka! Clinical project of CTSA. His responsibilities include:
- Develop new features and maitain Eureka! Clinical services
- Develop Microservices for Eureka! Clinical to provide access to clinical data for clinical and translational research
- Maintain the Eureka! Clinical website and reactor the UI
- Research on future upgrades to ensure the continuous support for CTSA project with updated tools and technology
